As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Executive Assistant/Secretary with expertise in email and phone sales to support our executive team.
Position: Executive Assistant/Secretary with Email and Phone Sales Experience
Location: Non-remote position in Mt. Hope, Ohio
Responsibilities:
· Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
· Utilize email and phone sales techniques to engage with potential clients, follow up on leads, and promote our luxury furniture products/services.
· Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents for meetings and client interactions.
· Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents.
· Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives as needed.
· Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
· Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an executive assistant, secretary, or similar role.
· Strong proficiency in email and phone sales techniques, with a track record of success in achieving sales targets.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
· Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
